ZCJK completed a 26-day field service mission in Ghana, visiting more than 50 client factories and providing equipment inspections, maintenance support, debugging, and commissioning. In Takoradi, the team installed a new ZC1000 fully automatic block making machine for a long-term customer who purchased the first ZC1000 in 2020. Five years later, the customer chose a second ZC1000 to expand production while continuing to operate the original machine. This project highlights ZCJK’s on-site after-sales service, customer support, and installation capabilities, as well as the ZC1000’s suitability for high-output concrete block production.
