The QTJ4-20A concrete block machine is based on the QTJ4-40A and adds an automatic pallet feeder. The hopper is located at the rear of the main machine and can automatically and easily feed pallets, saving manpower. Bricks can be stacked in multiple layers. The crank connecting rod mechanism is adopted to ensure the smooth movement of the pallet and the stable transmission of the product.
The upper and lower slides are made of solid thick plates. The connection between the column sleeve and the slider uses screws, which facilitates the replacement of the copper bushing.
Special feeding system, the hopper spindle runs asynchronously, and the feeding is fast and even.
Siemens of Germany provides PLC and touch screen components. Managing the block machine and stacker from a single electronic control cabinet simplifies operation and fault diagnosis.
The movement mechanism of the stacker adopts a swing bar, so the pallet accelerates evenly and moves smoothly.
This machine adopts hydraulic main parts and sealing components imported from Taiwan ASHUN. The hydraulic system uses a high dynamic performance proportional valve to accurately control oil volume and pressure to achieve precise operation of key components.
The frame is constructed using professional thick-walled rectangular welding method. The transmission shaft and gears are made of alloy steel, which greatly improves their strength and durability.
