Product Introduction |
The motor drives the belt wheel to move the jaw up and down through an eccentric shaft . When the movable jaw rises, the Angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw becomes larger, thus driving the movable jaw plate towards the fixed jaw plate . At the same time, the material is crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing . When the jaw goes down , the angle between the elbow plate and the jaw decreases. Under the action of the bar and spring , the jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate . At this time , the crushed materials is discharged from the mouth of crushing chamber . With the continunous rotation of the motor , the crushing motor jaw makes periodic motion to crush and discharged materials , realizing mass production. |

Working principle |
The hammer crusher uses impact to crush materials. The main working part is a rotor with a hammer head. The rotor is composed of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft and a hammer head. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed in the crushing chamber, and the material enters the machine from the upper feeding port, and is crushed by the impact, impact and grinding action of the high-speed moving hammer.
