The client provided detailed technical drawings, which were carefully reviewed by ZCJK’s engineering team at our Quanzhou manufacturing base. Leveraging our in-depth understanding of block machine structures and vibration systems, every dimension—including cavity taper, wall thickness, and tolerances—was precisely controlled to ensure stable operation on Masa block machines.

Advanced CNC wire cutting and laser cutting technologies were applied to achieve high dimensional accuracy and wear resistance. Materials such as manganese steel, A3 carbon steel, and NM400 wear-resistant steel were selected to guarantee long service life and consistent block quality under continuous production conditions.

Factory Inspection and Quality Assurance

To verify manufacturing capability and quality control, the client conducted an on-site factory inspection, reviewing our QC procedures and pre-shipment testing process.
