Working principle |
When the PXJ fine crusher is working, the materials enter the cavity from the feed port in turn, and fall on the high-speed rotating movable hammer head. After the impact between the hammer and the counterattack plate, the materials are initially crushed. After the material has been repeatedly hammered and counterattacked with high frequency for many times, it forms accumulation on the middle partition, produces a slip, and falls on the throwing plate of the lower rotor rotating at a high speed. The movable plate hammer is forced to counterattack, crush and grind. After the material has undergone multiple compound crushing, scouring and grinding, the ultra-fine effect is achieved, and then it is discharged through the discharge port. |
