Production Line / Single-line Investment
1. Multiple uses. All types of bricks you desired such as
hollow blocks, perforated bricks and standard bricks can be
produced with various molds.
2. High automation. It has the double function of PLC program
automatic control and manual control. The process of feeding
materials, molding and leading-out is carried out one after
another. Thus, the operation is safe and stable, which is
easy for maintenance.
3. High cost performance. It is of abundant output and high
accuracy, with four standard blocks produced in every 28 seconds,
512 blocks per hour, and 26 standard bricks in every 28 seconds,
3,328 bricks per hour.
4. Excellent quality. This production line is an excellent
type of mechanical transmission in the country at present.
(1) Production Capacity: 34,000 m3 blocks per year (double-shift
operation, 116 m3 per day, 300 days a year).
Reference: It takes 140 standard bricks to build a wall of
1 m2{1/ (0.12x0.06)}, and 1 m3 blocks can be used to build
a wall of 5 m2 (the thickness of a standard block is 190mm).
Thus, 1 m3 blocks is equal to a floorage of 700 standard bricks.
The annual output is 34,000 m3 blocks.

(5) Environmental protection: It conforms to the environmental
protection standard with no waste water, slag and waste steam

Mold vibration is added on the basis of the former QTJ4-28ⅡType
Production Line in order to make synchronous vibration of
table and mold. The exciting force is stronger (50KN), so
that the products have higher mechanical strength.
