Hollow Bricks, Perforated Bricks and Standard Bricks
The serial technology of JFS slag activated excitation is
developed by the Institute of Science and Technology of Building
Materials Beijing so as to accept the unprecedented challenge
in the wall material market, as the state policy of popularizing
new wall materials is being executed and clay bricks are being
eliminated from the market all over the country. It is designed
to produce hollow blocks and free-burning bricks, making wide
use of materials such as wet ash in power plants, dry ash,
hybrid ash, boiler slag, spontaneous combustion coal gangue,
mountain flour, sand, haydite, mine tailings, scoria, steel
slag, carbide slag, water-granulated slag, wind-granulated
slag, dry slag, smelting slag, sulfuric acid residue, phosphate
fertilizer slag, caustic sludge, laterite in aluminium manufacturers,
electrolytic copper slag, stonework waste, potsherd, waste
brick powder, construction waste, etc( among which one or
two kinds are enough). The products have special features
such as lightness, low cost and high strength; moreover, the
production process is free of baking and steaming, so that
it will not bring about secondary pollution. Also, they are
better than clay bricks with regard to anti-permeability,
heat and thermal insulation property and construction property
(e.g. it is easy to notch due to their good toughness).

ⅠTechnical Superiority
Building material production, especially wall material production,
is a great resource consumer, so the manufacturers?major concern
is how to control cost and improve their capability in the
market competition.
The technology of JFS activated excitation just rises to meet
such a demand. The production process can be adulterated with
a large amount of local waste resources which are urgently
needed to be dealt with, such as fly coal ash, boiler slag,
sand, crushed stones, etc. Therefore, it may save freight,
reduce cement consumption and cut down raw material cost by
about 30%. Besides, it can be exempted from taxation.

Ⅲ Equipment Superiority
1. The products are produced according to the international
standard, which have also reached advanced national standards.
Technology such as constant vibration, frequency conversion
and braking is put into practice in the production process.
Apart from this, after vibration and energy consumption will
stop immediately the machine is turned off.

according to fatigue-resistant design, which may meet users’

Ⅳ Technical Indexes
The test result from the State Building Materials Test Center
shows that all the technical indexes of this product have
reached the national standards. According to the local materials,
resources and different application of products, various strength
grades demanded by the designer can be made, such as 1.5Mpa,
2.5 Mpa, 3.5Mpa, 5.0Mpa, 7.5Mpa, 10.0Mpa, 15.0Mpa, etc. in
the methods of assumed unit weight, overweight substitution,
empirical formula, etc. on the basis of the economical and
practical principle.
Ⅴ Technological Process

From the technological viewpoint, the technology developed
by our institute, which utilizes fly coal ash and industrial
waste to produce new serial building materials, boasts of
its advancement and highly-automatic equipment.
Thus, it demands less investment in fixed assets, but offers
the investors higher production efficiency and more
economic returns.
